Completing his real estate license at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Alfred joined the Homelife Benchmark Realty office in Langley where he share his 30 years of knowledge of the surrounding local area. He has been associated with the real estate market his entire professional career, primarily through his 16+ years in construction and appraisal. His passion and success in the construction field has led to this career in residential real estate.

My goal is to showcase my dedication to deliver the highest caliber of professionalism, ethical standards and client service. I am responsible for protecting and promoting clients’ bests interests first and I enjoy representing buyers or sellers. My main focus is to assist the home buyer or seller in forming and writing the offer / listing, and if the offer is accepted, I help with the final agreement to ensure it’s legally binding and correct. A great part of my job is to come up with a sound marketing plan designed to address the needs and attract buyers. I can assess the client’s home and come up with a great list of possible cosmetic or curb appeal suggestions to enhance the property’s appeal to potential buyers, with the help from a local well established designer. Assisting buyers is also a great experience, helping that first time home buyer, the down sizer who wants to travel the world or even if it’s just a passion.

I believe that one of the best ways to ensure success is to keep the clients’ interests a top priority.
